Facebook "delete photo" doesn't mean the picture is gone from server

This somehow I knew, Facebook has a lot of flaws when it come to privacy, technically or ethically.

Technically, like those applications/quiz in facebook, when we click " allow" usually we give our data to unknown peoples, thus we already give our information that God know who. Some apps even publish results that we don't want to publish.

Ethically~ can I say that Facebook is perfect place to stalk peoples? like your BF/GF/Crush and so on~ Facebook features are encouraging people to expose themselves directly or indirectly. Some users even prefer only respond only in FB instead of talking/chat, so others can see what they were talking about. Some dare to post their "private moments" and end up in shame.

The positive that i can see only it's the "marketing" purpose that people can use. but People tend to over sell/expose themselves.
